Pick-up and drop-off always take place in Getafe. Both the pick-up and drop-off times are agreed in advance.
Unlimited mileage when booking 4 nights or more. For rentals of only 3 nights, 800 km are included; any extra is charged at €0.15/km.

To cover any possible damage to the vehicle, a deposit of €800 is required. It is fully refunded at the end of the rental if the vehicle is returned in the same condition. It can be paid in cash or by bank transfer.
To confirm the booking, a deposit of 35% of the total is required.
If you cancel, the penalties are:
Cancelling more than 30 calendar days in advance: 95% of the total refunded.
Cancelling between 15 and 30 calendar days in advance: 60% of the total refunded.
Cancelling between 7 and 15 calendar days in advance: 25% of the total refunded.
Cancelling less than 7 calendar days in advance means the loss of the full rental amount paid.
If any day of the booking is not used, no refund will be given.
The driver must be at least 25 years old and have held a valid category B driving licence for at least 2 years.
The vehicle is handed over completely clean, inside and out, at the start of the rental.
The vehicle is handed over with a full fuel tank and must be returned full as well. Diesel. Average consumption is 12–14 litres/100 km.
The customer must return the vehicle with the interior completely clean, with the grey water tank emptied, the toilet empty and clean, and the fuel tank full.
Yes. If you'd like to take the motorhome one day before the rental starts, you'll only be charged an extra half-night, so you can organise your trip without rushing.
